Michelle Kwan Sells Her Four Bedroom & 100 Years Old Palladian Style Luxurious Villa for Almost $4 Million More Than One Year After Her Divorce!

17 months after her politician husband Clay Pell blindsided her by filing for divorce, two-time Olympic medalist Michelle Kwan has sold their Rhode Island love nest for $3.99M.

The estranged couple originally bought the four-bedroom, 100-year-old Palladian-style villa dubbed ‘Casa Del Sol’ back in 2014 for $1.5M before totally renovating the Newport estate.

According to the Providence Journal, the 38-year-old retired figure skater took sole ownership of the house in July 2017 after they both cited ‘irreconcilable differences’ for the split.
